I was referred to Virtuo by a friend that trains with Keith. I've had a very positive experience training with Keith. I came to Virtuo looking for guidance on strength training. I tried HIIT classes and gym memberships in the past that never really help me build and maintain good habits when working out. Keith taught me proper technique and helped me understand my physical tendencies doing certain movements like squatting and the hinge. I believe Keith has given me the confidence to workout and not feel like I might hurt myself. He's also the homie! Very easy to talk with and every session answered all of my questions and concerns regarding training and nutritional matters. Although I worked mostly with Keith, I also received additional nutritional guidance from Johnny. Johnny helped me understand at a high level what was required to meet my fitness goals. He also gave me recommendations on how to hold myself accountable with my nutrition in a manageable way. Kelsey and Brandon on staff were very communicative by checking in on me. I value that personability very much. Thank y'all for the work you're doing. I highly recommend anyone looking for personal training with a holistic approach to consider Virtuo.

Starting my training at Virtuo mid June has been one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I walked there not knowing where to start from especially after gaining 30lbs mostly as a result of pregnancy and a very stressful work schedule. I had failed many attempts to lose weight on my own, even with the help of a nutrition specialist at some point last year. When I met Brandon in June, I honestly had no expectation to when I will be losing weight and just wanted to start and feel good about myself. Brandon was very realistic and shared that the weight gained over two years will take some time as I develop healthier eating habits and reassured me that I will lose the weight and maintain my weight loss. He does an amazing job checking on my progress and getting feedback. It hasn’t been 3 month yet and I am already so close to hit my 10lbs weight loss milestone (new and first time moms can relate to how challenging this is!) I’ve been training with Sarita twice a week and absolutly love her training style and support. She always make sure I am performing my exercices correctly and often reminds me that the scale is only one metric to measure progress which is so true. I have so much more energy since I started, I am stronger, and can fit in some of my old pants 🙂 Those metrics to me are as important as the number on the scale. Couldn’t be happier, and can’t wait what the next 3 month progress will be!

When I finally decided to get a better handle on my health and fitness, Virtuo immediately set themselves apart from other personal trainers and gyms in the area. I knew I needed the 1:1 guidance from experts, and a space where I didn’t have to worry about crowds or people seeing how much I’m struggling or don’t know what I’m doing. My personal trainer Jonny meets me where I am, and is playing a major part in educating me about how to do workouts properly, building workout routines that focus on my goal, helping me with my nutritional goals, and overall cheerleading me through the session. In the couple months I’ve been with Virtuo, I’ve already noticed the weight loss, and my energy levels rising. And I appreciate how data driven the company is, with their app that keeps track of my progress so far. I appreciate the camaraderie during the Saturday classes, and you can tell that the other clients are good people. Brandon has built his team around the concept of improving yourself holistically, and I can tell that they only take in clients who want to grow and work towards their goals. And each trainer is just good people, who contribute to the positive atmosphere. I love the energy at Virtuo, and I look forward to seeing how my journey goes with this team.

I didn’t know what to expect with having a personal trainer and how the experience would be. I extremely happy and beyond excited with the whole experience. Johnny has been extremely helpful and accommodating. He motivate me to keep trying and not give up. Johnny is the best!!

I started out at Virtuo with a goal of losing 15 pounds. They were thorough with getting my health and fitness history and laying out a roadmap for the 3 months it would take to achieve my goal. After 3 months of diet and personal training, I had not reached my goal. To be transparent I was very frustrated with the situation; however, I will say that Brandon made it right. He let me work with their health coach until I hit my goal weight and was 100% satisfied with my results. Now I go to their Saturday group classes which are so awesome. While my fitness journey was a bit rocky they came through to make the situation right which proved to me they are committed to actually helping their clients. I'm totally satisfied and happy with my results and time spent with them!

This was my first time working with a personal trainer and the Virtuo team made it a great experience. Kevin was a super supportive coach and tailored the program to my needs. I feel like I am coming out of it stronger and healthier, which was my goal!

I've never been a fan of the gym but after lockdown and working from home everyday I knew I had to start being more active. I like my privacy so knew a big gym wasn't for me. I was talking with my friend and she mentioned she was doing personal training at this studio down the street from my house and said I should check them out. I called and spoke with the owner who booked an introductory session for me. During the session one of the coaches asked me all about my goals and what I was currently doing. After that we did a small workout so I could try it out. I really liked how it didn't feel rushed or overly salesy. It felt like he actually wanted to help. After the session he showed me some program options and let me choose which one I liked better and I decided to do the one on one program since it would give me the most support. I got paired with coach Eric who has been amazing. I like how everything feels at my pace and not overwhelming. I was pretty sore for the first few weeks so Eric added in a lot of stretching to help. Since signing up 3 months ago I've been constantly going to the gym with them 3 days per week and I've already gotten much stronger. I'd never have thought I'd say this but I actually look forward to going to the gym! The atmosphere is very welcoming and all the trainers make sure to say hi when you walk in. I've also been attending their monthly get togethers which is a nice break from working from home all week. I'm getting to the end of my first package and will definitely be signing on for more. Even if you're someone who doesn't like the gym, this place will work great for you.

Virtuo is the best gym because of everyone who works there. All of the trainers have their own set of skill sets and expertise and make the environment so much fun! An hour flies by and i’m left feeling all the benefits to strength training taught by the best- my trainer Gilbert!

Before joining these guys I had never worked out a day in my life. They’re all extremely welcoming, funny and kind to even the most novice of people, which is great, but beyond that the thing that consistently strikes me six months in (at three sessions per week) is the amount of detailed knowledge they have regarding fitness and anatomy. There has never been a single time I’ve asked about the mechanics of a movement or reasoning behind a workout and not received an extremely detailed answer regarding not just what they’re having me do but *why*.
