Thank You For An Amazing 2022

To the Virtuo family of amazing staff, clients and partners,

Thank you for a year full of growth, challenges, achievement, and learning.

At Virtuo we have four core values;

They are relationship, growth, integrity, and communication.

Every action we take in our mission to help our clients get the most our of their lives by first mastering their health must align with those core values.

And anything we do as a staff, with our clients or within the community must…

have a net positive benefit on those we interact with,

raise the collective level of health in the community

and help all involved grow.

This has been a year full of both wins and lessons.

In 2022 we…

Added two new members to our studio staff. (Welcome Kevin & Gilbert!)

Moved into our shiny new training studio more than twice as big as our humble first home.

Established strategic partnerships with local businesses to better serve our clients.

Trained over 4000 sessions in our studio and coached over 300 people throughout the year.

None of this would have happened without loyal clients, committed staff and open-minded partners.

Along with the wins were some important lessons.

We were reminded that when we stay from our core values the level of our service suffers and if we do not provide service that exceeds expectations then we don’t deserve to be in business.

We were also reminded that there is no such thing as competition in the service of others. When the goal is to truly help our clients, who helps them is far less important.

We also learned that although it is possible to move an entire fitness studio in a weekend it might take a few years off our lives in the process.

As we appreciate the success of this year I can’t help but look back and be grateful for how far we’ve come since I opened our humble 600 sq. ft first home in the summer of 2020 amidst a pandemic when everyone said the fitness industry was finished.

Not only did we survive that first year but we’ve grown our business by 300% since through the hard work of the Virtuo staff and the loyalty of our amazing clients.

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

But…I would not be honoring or value of growth if I did not look to the future.

Here’s a preview of what we have in store for you all in 2023.

We will start off the year with the launch of the 3rd annual Virtuo challenge which is the perfect way to start the year with healthy habits.

It all starts on January 16th so make sure to grab one of your limited spots here

Along with the challenge, we will be launching these additional services at our studio location this year for clients.

  • A free community workout for clients and their friends and family on the 2nd Saturday of each month
  • An in-house massage therapist to assist with recovery after workouts
  • Monthly coaching classes on everything from meal prep to mobility and goal setting in between
  • Collaborations with local businesses and restaurants to provide discounts and special events to our members
  • A referral network of trusted health providers so you don’t have do the work of finding professionals on your own
  • The Virjitsu beginners Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program lead by coach Gilbert to bridge the gap between martial arts and movement culture

Along with these in-studio additions, we will be expanding our reach with two new programs in 2023.

After helping several brides take the stress out of prepping for their weddings and partnering with local bridal shop Kinsley James we’ve taken the lessons we’ve learned and created a one-of-a-kind program called BrideFit.

This program available both in our studio and remotely around the world is designed to help brides create their dream body to match their dream dress in a healthy manner that eliminates the stress of the traditional process.

Finally, because we specialize in working with busy professionals, we often see the conflict between work and health and have long pondered how to bridge that gap.

Although we are able to impact the clients that come through our door one by one we are often on the receiving end of years of poor choices created by a lack of balance between work and health.

We wondered what it would look like for both companies and employees if health became a core tenant, not as a gimmick but rather a driving force behind productivity, work culture, and revenue.

From this question, we’ve made it our goal to help improve the mental and physical health of employees to reduce sick days, improve morale and raise the bottom line for our clients both on their financial and ethical balance sheets.

In 2023 we will be launching our corporate wellness program to help forward-thinking companies do just that.
We’re currently taking applications for Q2 of 2023. If you or your employer might be interested in improving the company morale, reducing sick days, and increasing productivity then make sure to email [email protected] for consideration.

Again, thank you all for such an amazing year!

We look forward to serving you in 2023!

Brandon, Melanie, Jonathan, Keith, Eric, Jerry, Gilbert & Kevin
