Meet Brandon Sundwall | CEO of virtuo fitness

My mission is to educate and empower clients to live higher-quality lives through science-backed training principles, personalized nutrition planning, and compassionate coaching. I believe in leading with relationship and making sure clients feel comfortable.

I believe that educating clients allows them to take ownership of their fitness. I subscribe to the idea that if you don’t have your health, then you have nothing.

Fitness has been a passion of mine since I learned early in my athletic career that the harder I worked in the gym, the better I performed on the field.

It’s this very principle that serves as the bedrock of Virtuo Fitness where we help busy professionals win in their fitness so they can win in every other area of their life.

Balancing all of life’s priorities while maintaining a healthy lifestyle can be tough — but you don’t have to do it alone.
