How does online training work?

Unlike traditional personal training, online training can be done anywhere, anytime. Thanks to our fitness app we are able to deliver custom workouts, nutrition coaching and accountability to your phone no matter where you are or what time of day it is. In our experience, convenience is the biggest predictor of whether or not a client will follow through on their fitness program and with any of our coaching programs your coach and workouts are never further away than your pocket. Think of it as walking around with your coach 24/7.  While each of our coaching programs provide different levels of service, each will include custom workouts with video demonstrations, nutrition coaching and accountability from your personal coach to keep you on track. Some levels of coaching also provide video calls, technique review, meal plans and many more features.

How quickly can I expect to see results?

While individual results vary depending on a variety of factors, we guarantee you that if you follow our guidance to the letter and communicate with your coach, you will hit the goals we outline in your consultation within the agreed upon timeline. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the level of service you receive within the first 30 days, we will give you a full refund.

After working with hundreds of clients we know that after the first 30 days you will begin to feel different. After the next 30 you will start to look different. And by the next 30 people in your life will start to notice and compliment you on the changes you’ve made.

How long do programs last for?

As we are committed to helping you create real, lasting change, we always start with a 12 week timeline to hit your first goal as this will give you and your body enough time to adapt to the changes we are helping you implement. Unlike coaching programs that pitch a quick fix, we are devoted to helping our clients create lasting change which means we need time to help you put into place new habits. This is not to say you won’t see results from the first day, but we want to make sure those results last! Although all programs start with a 12 month commitment, many of our clients have worked with us for years because they continue to see results from our ever evolving programs and we love getting to help them evolve as their goals change over time.

Do I have to be a pro with technology to use the program?

Not at all! Our app is so easy to use we taught a dog how to workout with it! OK we have to be honest, it’s not quite that simple, but if you can use Facebook then you’ll have no problem using our fitness app to access your workouts, nutrition and accountability coaching. Communication takes place via text or Facebook messenger and if you can watch a Youtube video then workouts will be a breeze.

Can I complete the program from home and still see results?

If the challenges of the past year have taught us anything, it’s that you can get a great workout from home! We know that not everyone has time to get to the gym, so we’ve created an extensive library of workouts and exercises that will allow you to complete your program from home and see great results. Our own coaches spent much of the past year working out from home themselves and are uniquely positioned to coach you to success without you ever having to set foot in a gym. If the gym is more your style then we have created thousands of hours of workouts for any setting from CrossFit gyms to 24 hour Fitness and everything in between.

Does my program come with a meal plan?

All of our programs come with meal plans suited to your unique nutritional goals. Our one on one and Custom coaching programs come with custom weekly meal plans while our group coaching program comes complete with a target Macro plan that will carry you through the first 12 weeks of your program with every meal covered from breakfast to dinner and snacks in between. No matter which approach you take, we will tell you exactly what to eat to be successful.

Will I have to cook?

While we suggest preparing your own food and have created a plethora of resources to help teach you how to batch prepare meals (15 meals in an hour!) We understand that cooking might not be your thing. Luckily we have created several flexible food tracking systems for those who prefer to order meals and can even make suggestions for meal prep services that will work with your unique nutritional needs.

What type of coaching will I receive with my program?

Each of our programs provides different levels of coaching accountability depending on your personal preference. This ranges from daily text access and weekly zoom calls to monthly program reviews. We find that it is best to start with a program that provides a greater level of accountability to implement lasting habits and then move to a more systems based approach as you progress through the program. No matter which program you choose, you will always be able to touch base with your coach with questions and a fitness professional will be monitoring your progress throughout.

Can I work with a trainer in person?
